Flybys?!
Cool! Sort of like the US Air Force's Blue Angels, huh?
Do you have a list of airports where the ISS will be landing so we can take a tour and see what our billyuns and billyuns of bucks has bought?

Apparently you've never seen them. Blue Angels are navy.

Actually, I have seen them many times, literally flying over my house
which is about 4 miles from NASA/Ames' Moffett Field.
Thanks for the clarification.
So, the US Navy's Blue Angels do aerobatics using jets. Clear.
What is the name of the US Air Force's team that does waterbatics with submarines?
:-)

You bectha. Making a night landing on a carrier is the very
definition of "skill."

I suppose blowing a sub out of the water with a Harpoon missile
launched from a B-52 /could/ be called "waterbatics with
submarines"...

The US Air Force Thunderbirds perform aerobatics with F-16s. The
"Tyndall Navy" doesn't have any submarines. :-)

Residents of the Mid-Atlantic region need not apply. With the Sun (Mv
-27) only weakly visible at intervals, chances of seeing the ISS (Mv ~
-4.7) are not good.
