Shipping Charges
|
| |
Have you noticed that most of the woodworking supply companies have quietly changed over to shipping charges being based on how much you pay for rather than how much it weighs. This used to be a hallmark of bottom feeders such as JC Whitney and Harbor Freight. I first really noticed it when I ordered a couple of small gifts for... más »

Does anyone know how to incorporate a 3D CAD drawing into an html page so that the visitor can rotate the drawing? (one that doesn't require the visitor to install a plugin would be ideal). Thanks.

I have the normal graduated carbide bit selection as well as a DeWalt Hammer Drill. However, I've never drilled granite before... más »

Using a Senco SC2 corrugated fastener gun
|
| |
I picked one up on eBay for cheap and am curious about best use practices. If I'm joining 3/4" stock should I be using the shortest fasteners - the 1/4" ones, or can I use as big a one as won't shoot through the other side? I've got the gun, but no fasteners yet. I'm gong to try it out on a bunch of simple frames and I'm wondering which... más »
