Tema:        Proclamación el cambio climático Sexto Congreso Mundial de la
FIG

Agregada está la oficial Proclamación del Sexto Congreso Mundial de la FIG
llevado a cabo en Santa Cruz, Bolivia, sobre el cambio climático en español
e inglés.  Se aparecerá en el sitio de web de la FIG bajo el título
“Congresses.”

Agradezco de nuevo al otro equipo del congreso de Santa Cruz,  guiado por
Marcelo Segalerba, Uruguay/Brasil y Tony Sisto, los EEUU, con la
participación activa de  congresistas de Costa Rica, Uruguay, Chile,
Australia, Bolivia, Argentina, Nueva Zelandia y los EEUU.  Este equipo
trabajó intensivamente durante el congreso de Santa Cruz y ahora los
guardaparques de Dinamarca están buscando la vía para llevar la
proclamación en frente de la Convención sobre el cambio climático de las
Naciones Unidas que se realizará en Copenhagen durante el mes que viene.

Subject:    VI World Ranger Congress – Climate Change Proclamation

Attached is the official Climate Change Proclamation, in Spanish and in
English. This will also be posted on the IRF web site under Congresses.

Thanks go again to another Congress team, led by Marcelo Segalerba,
Brazil/Uruguay. and Tony Sisto, USA, with very active participants from
Costa Rica, Uruguay, Chile, Australia, Bolivia, Argentina, New Zealand,
United States, and Australia.  This team worked intensely during the
Congress and now the rangers from Denmark are working to find ways to bring
the Proclamation to the deliberations at the United Nations Convention on
Climate Change in Copenhagen next month.
