I see Home Depot has a line of GE/Rheem gas water heaters: * 40 gallon, 6 year warranty, $488 * 38 gallon, 9 year warranty, self-cleaning, $498 * 40 gallon, 12 year warranty, self-cleaning, $578 Other specs seem the same. 	Painting basement walls and floor

I just has a new heat pump and furnace installed and was asked if I wanted a service ageement. It included -Furnace/heatpump checkup (cleaning blower motors,burners, clean condenser coil, etc) -replace humidifier pad -replace Aprilaire filter -15% dicounts on repairs -no overtime charge This would be done twice a year at a cost of $256. 	Cutting melamine panel
	I have a melamine-on-tempered-hardboard panel which is stuck to drywall with an adhesive. A section of the panel has been torn off. How do I cut the ragged, uneven edge of the section that is still on the wall so I can install a new section without a noticeable gap?
